There may very well be other new shiny commission options i can offer in the future, i wont note down what i have in mind right now just in case it turns out to be something im not able to fulfil, wouldn't wanna get hopes up too much and then let people down, but i am working on other stuff to offer behind the scenes!

✦ Commission Terms of Service ✦

•   By commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to all of my terms, thus is its very important to read this page so you know what you are agreeing to, i will not take responsibility if my terms have not been read, please reach out if you have any questions•   I am allowed to change my terms of service at any time without notice, its possible a client may have a request i did not realise until then that i was uncomfortable, alas i do not know everything and i too am learning as i go•  I do not give permission for any of my artwork, under any circumstance, to be used as NFTs, for crypto or for AI training, if i learn you have done any of this you will be permanently blocked, blacklisted and the public will be informed of your actions

✦ My Commission Process ✦

1.   The potential client sees an opening post, checks my prices, decides what they want and fills out a google form2.   Now the client waits until my form closes after a set amount of time, after which ill go through the submissions and select what ill be taking on through a mix of random selection and personal choice, if the clients commission is accepted they will receive an email and an invoice that needs to be paid within 48 hours, is a commission is not accepted then there will be no email sent3.   Payment is taken upfront, the commission is only started after i have been paid4.   Commission is worked on till i have a decent sketch, this sketch is sent to the client5.   Feedback is given on the sketch, at this stage client can request edits as long as they aren't too major, it is important to inform me of wanted edit as they cannot be requested after the sketch is approved ( unless i have made a mistake, in which case i will always fix ), please please please tell me if there is something you do want changed, i will not feel offended if you do6.   Work on the commission continues until it is complete, client will likely not get any more wips unless it is a design commission7.   The completed commission is sent to the client8.   The completed commission is added to my queue of artwork to post publicly, when this happens the client shall be pinged if they have an account on any of the socials i post to

✦ What I'll Need From A Client ✦

Clear References
•   Ill need at least 1 image of the character ill be drawing, i would prefer if it was a full body or unshaded ref but if its at least 1 image its ok
•   This does not apply if client is ordering a custom design, as you cant have images of a character that doesn't exist yet
•   I do not mind being given NSFW referencesAll Resources and Info Upfront
•   Please give me every reference and piece of information right away, i don't want extra info a few emails later
•   I do accept artistic liberty if you're not sure what you want but if you do know what you want it all needs to go in the form right awayNo changing ideas later on
•   Please do not request a completely different idea or a different character to be drawn later on, i will draw the original idea that was paid for, not something differentReasonable Response Times
•   Preferably, i would life if a client can respond to me in a timely manner, i cant continue a commission if the sketch is yet to be approved
•   A client has 3 months to respond after being sent a sketch, if i hear nothing after that time the commission is cancelled without a refund
•   I myself will do my best to respond to clients questions or edit requests in a timely manner, but bare in mind ill only be reaching out first when i have updates or the commission is complete

✦ What I Will & Will Not Draw ✦

✦ Turnaround Time ✦

•   Im making it clear right away, i can take a while to draw, im very mentally unwell, autistic and have ADHD, motivation is hard to come by and i can get distracted incredibly easily•   Due to this, im unable to give an accurate estimation of when ill get your commission done, but if you are not comfortable with a potentially long wait, i wouldn't recommend commissioning me

✦ Payment, Fees & Refunds ✦

•   Commission payment is taken upfront via paypal email, however if paypal is unavailable i can accept ko-fi•   I can hold a slot for a client for up to 1 week if they dont have the money just yet, however once that time is up the commission is automatically cancelled unless something has been worked out beforehand•   There are fees for extra characters on commissions, these fees can be found alongside the normal pricing of a commission•   There may be extra fees for complexity, things that may incur a complexity fee could be: an insanely complicated design, vehicles, weapons, armor, etc•   I am hesitant due to trust issues, but i can discuss payment plans if the total of a commission goes over £200 GBP, a payment plan cannot exceed 2 months and your commission will not be started until its fully paid off - you must contact me before ordering if you would like to discuss a payment plan•   im sorry but i don't give refunds, which is why its very important to read all of my terms so you know what you're signing up for when you commission me, if you're short on money and regret buying a comm, i highly prefer you don't buy in the first place and save it for more important things

✦ Usage & Rights ✦

•   Clients can use commissioned artwork as icons, decoration, streaming resources, etc but cannot claim to of made the artwork themselves or sell it commercially•   I would prefer if the general public did not use personal artwork i make for myself as icons and such•   I as an artist have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, without needing to disclose the reason

✦ Discord Commissions ✦

•   Occasionally ill take discord server exclusive commissions, usually done quickly when i need some extra money•   These discord commissions are "wip-less" "no approval" commissions, meaning i do not send sketches and work on the commission without feedback•   When these commissions are posted to my socials, the client is not tagged, instead "discord comm" is put in the description

✦ Final Notes ✦

Commission Drawing Order
•   Commissions are completed in the order they are taken, there may be some work done out of order but that depends on client response times or how complicated the commission isCharacter Color Changes
•   I may alter the colors of your character while drawing them, some colors are very difficult to work with like complete white or black, especially when shading them, so i may change the colors just slightly or add some gradients to make it easier to shade and help the overall image look more appealingPersonal Boundaries
•   Please understand that im just an artist, just another person that exists, commissioning me does not entitle you to friendship or dumping life stories and drama onto me, im far less likely to accept commissions from people that make me uncomfortableAnnouncements & Pings
•   Announcements of upcoming comm openings are posted everywhere, usually a week beforehand and then once more the day before
•   The only forms of pings i give are within my discord server, i don't have any sort of ping list outside of it
