Base Reference

Refs can be customised with additions but the base reference consists of:• A front and back fullbody view of the character ( or a left and right side for ferals )
• The characters name, and optionally their age, gender, species, nationality and sexuality
• A color palette
• A very simple background consisting of flat coloured or gradiented blocks

Additions

• You can have up to 4 outfits on your reference
• A headshot to will show more detail of your characters eyes and mouth
• Written annotations about the designs features or the characters personality
• Up to 5 alternate forms for your character can be added to a reference, this is useful if your character is a shapeshifter or has an anthro / feral form
• The background of your reference can be decorated with items and photo images such as clouds, candy, stars, plants or anything that fits your characters themesThis isnt all! More stuff can be added to your ref, for example a better view of the wings or perhaps an element emblem!

X Plantigrade feet and normal shoes ( but i can draw digitigrade shoes )

X Large amounts of blood, heavy gore, organs, hard drug use
X I cannot nor do i want to draw realism, sorry
X Faces directly from the front
X Big plug / gauge earrings that stretch the lobes
X Lipstick, big plump lips
X I struggle to draw larger or muscular bodytypes and i will not draw extremely overweight or hyper ocs
X OCs that do not belong to you without proof of consent from the owner
X From a written description unless you are ordering a custom design, you must have at least 1 colored fullbody image that i can use as a ref

• Commission Process •

• Openings are posted across all my social medias, when i open i will post a link to this carrd and a google form to fill out, my commissions remain open for about 2 days, after that they will close till my next reopening• My commissions are not first come first server, they are chosen through artists choice and random selection, i wish i could take every commission submitted but that would not be wise• If your commission is chosen i will be in contact via email shortly after closing my form to inform you of your commissions total price, if you hear nothing from me then im afraid your commission wasn't selected this time but you are more than welcome to resubmit your idea on my next opening, if i reach out before i close my form then its usually because there is a mistake in your form that i will need corrected before i can even consider taking your commission• An invoice will be sent to you the same time as the confirmation email, this invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours of it being sent, i will not start your commission until after ive been paid - if you are unable to pay for a commission right away i do allow slots to be held for up to 7 days• Once your commission has been sketched the wip will be sent to you for approval, this is the stage where you can tell me if i have missed anything, forgotten a detail of your character or would like any other changes, dont be afraid to request changes but please keep in mind that i will not resketch the entire thing from scratch, so make sure youre as clear as you can be when filling out my form• When the sketch is confirmed i will continue to work on your commission until it is complete, after which the final drawing will be sent to you and posted publicly to my social medias

• Announcements •

• I post updates about my commission openings mostly to my twitter and discord server, opening dates ( if i have one ) can be found in my twitter bio and the home page of this carrd• I try to open commissions at least once a month, but if i have too much to do i may skip a month or two• An announcement will be posted 1 week before i open and once more the day before• Sometimes i will take what i call "Unofficial Commissions", this just means they weren't taking through my form, these kinds or openings are limited and unpredictable as i only take them when im low on money• I do not offer ping lists for commissions, the only place one can be notified with a ping is on my discord server, joining just for the ping is perfectly fine

• Payment •

• Commission payments are taken upfront in United States Dollar ( USD ) through paypal invoices, if paypal is unavailable to you i do also have a ko-fi, but for now those are the only services i use to take payment• I do not currently accept any other currency, including digital currency, crypto or exposure• Currently i do not offer payment plans for my more expensive commission types, however, i may be more willing to accept a payment plan from repeat clients that i recognise and are acquainted with• I do not give refunds, please remember when commissioning artists that art is a luxury and artists need the money to pay their bills - please be absolutely certain you both can and want to commission me, i would much rather you keep your money if your struggling financially than give it to me and regret it

• Waiting Times •

• Currently i have a rather long waiting time, roughly 3 - 5 months, its mostly caused by my personal life, job, mental disabilities and taking on more work than i can really handle, regardless i am working to shorten this time and i will do my best to deliver a quality product, i would rather take longer to work on the drawing than give you a rushed piece• I do not accept deadlines for any of my commissions, please do not purchase art from me if you want it completed by a specific date• Paid commissions are prioritised over other artwork, second priority are art trades and payments, everything else such as raffle prizes or free art is third priority and will be completed after other priority work• The expectation to the priority rule are reference sheets, refs can be a massive workload so i split it up into parts to work on between other commissions
